
So week 2 is upon us. Week 2 of workouts that is. Nothing major, just trying to get into the routine, and get our muscles accustomed to the extra work. The last thing we do is a new one for me - floor wipers. You lay on your back, hold a barbell (or 2 - 50lbs dumbells since I don't have a bar) over your chest and raise your straight legs up to one side of the bar, then down and back up to the other. Cant decide if I love them or hate them. Also been trying to eat better. I've found it works better if I try a little harder each week to eat smaller portions, and healthier meals, rather than to jump in with both feet.
